About Newcastle University
Newcastle University is a Russell Group research university in the heart of Newcastle upon Tyne, one of the UK's most popular student cities. Founded in 1834 and given its Royal Charter in 1963, Newcastle has strengths across medicine, engineering, architecture, computing and the arts.
